Returns Policy

Returns will only be taken on faulty items and not if you just change your mind so please be sure of your choices.

A credit note will be raised for non faulty items to be spent in store or online at another time. 

Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery for this to be valid.

Please email photos of the issue to unicorn3381@hotmail.com to be discussed and when approved you will be supplied with a returns code and returns address.

Please note if the last product is sold instore at the same time as an online purchase is made the preference will be given to the instore customer. If the product is reorderable this will be offered to the online customer.
